Technical Training
Customers’ appointed personnel receive comprehensive two-day training at Tunelmak’s manufacturing plant before the machines are delivered. This training is conducted by expert trainers who cover various topics including mechanic, hydraulic, and electric to ensure that the personnel are well-equipped to handle the machinery.
In addition to the training at the manufacturing plant, Tunelmak provides another two-day training session at the customer’s construction site during the commissioning stage. This training is conducted by Tunelmak operators who specialize in the specific machinery being delivered. The focus of this training is on introducing the machinery, its proper usage, and maintenance procedures. By offering these training sessions, Tunelmak ensures that customers have a thorough understanding of the machinery and are able to operate and maintain it effectively.
